Returns
Do we accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:
Condition:
Only new, unopened products in their original packaging—or products that have never been used—are eligible for return.
Return Window:
Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
To process a return request, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:

This ensures a fair and accurate evaluation.
Important: COD Orders Are Not Eligible
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Only prepaid orders qualify for return or refund requests.
Exchanges
Do we accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible products.
Exchange Process:

Our courier partner (Delhivery) will arrange pickup of the item.

After the product reaches our facility, it will be reviewed for eligibility.

Once approved, a replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours.

If rejected, customers will be notified via email with the reasons for rejection.
Return Method
How to Return a Product:

Return Label Cost:
There is no cost for the return label or return shipping.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned or exchanged products.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
